Special Note: Members requiring an Occupational Use Respirator Fit-Test must fill out the Medical Questionnaire in their online ASIMS IMR. A medical Provider or Flight Doctor must review and approve/sign the Medical Questionnaire in order to Medically Clear the member. Once you have been Medically Cleared to wear a Respirator, you may then schedule an appointment for your Respirator Fit-Test. Bioenvironmental Engineering will NOT be able to fit-test any members without proper Medical Clearance.
